Shaun Alfreds, MBA
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer HealthInfoNet
As Executive Director and CEO of HealthInfoNet, Shaun leads a seasoned team of technical, clinical, and programmatic experts to assure that health data and interoperability services continually meet the needs of the healthcare community throughout Maine. Today, HealthInfoNet provides health information exchange, real-time messaging, analytics, public & population health reporting, and data integration services to over 850 public and private organizations across the state including the State Medicaid Agency –MaineCare.
In addition to his role at HealthInfoNet, Shaun also serves as President and CEO of Cureous Innovations, a health information interoperability and technology consulting company serving other HIEs, IT vendors and public/private sector partners nationally. Prior to serving at HealthInfoNet and Cureous Innovations, Shaun directed operations, consulted, and conducted research and policy development of health information technology and interoperability activities for both public and private sector organizations, including CMS, AHRQ, the National Governors Association and others.
Shaun holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is a member of the Board of Strategic Advisors of the Health Delivery Institute at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
Lindsey Ferris, DrPH
Lindsey currently serves as a Senior Advisor to CRISP, the health information exchange which serves partner HIEs in Maryland, DC, West Virginia, Connecticut, and Alaska. She has been with CRISP for over 9 years and has been involved in public health, behavioral health, Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, policy, and Medicaid funding efforts. She holds a Master and Doctor of Public Health from Johns Hopkins.
Bobby Mukkamala, MD

Bobby Mukkamala, MD, a board-certified otolaryngologist—head and neck surgeon, was elected to the American Medical Association Board of Trustees in June 2017. A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, he is in solo, private practice in Flint, Mich.
Dr. Mukkamala, who has been active in the AMA since residency, is a past Michigan representative to the AMA Young Physicians Section, a past recipient of the AMA Foundation’s “Excellence in Medicine” Leadership Award and, for the last 13 years, a member of the Michigan delegation to the AMA House of Delegates. In 2009 he was elected to the AMA Council on Science and Public Health and served as its chair from 2016 to 2017.
In addition to his leadership roles at the AMA, Dr. Mukkamala has served as a member of the Michigan State Medical Society Board of Directors since 2011, as board chair the past two years, and currently as its president. He is also a past president of the Genesee County Medical Society (GCMS) and continues to serve on the GCMS Board of Directors.
While a wide range of public health issues are important to Dr. Mukkamala, no issue strikes closer to home than his own city of Flint’s nationally publicized struggles with high levels of lead leaching into the drinking water. As the past chair of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, he and the foundation’s board became the clearinghouse for funding projects focused on mitigating the effects of lead in local children. He is a member of the board of the Foundation for Flint, a supporting organization of the Community Foundation that is working to increase access to high-quality early education for children—a proven strategy for helping children who have been exposed to lead.
Deeply committed to the revitalization of his hometown, Dr. Mukkamala returned to Flint after completing his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago in 2000. Today, he shares an office with his wife, Nita Kulkarni, MD, an obstetrician-gynecologist. Together, they have been part of the city’s revitalization, including demonstrating their dedication to Flint by establishing the Endowed Health Professions Scholarships at the University of Michigan, Flint, in 2012.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Mukkamala enjoys tinkering with his car collection and spending time with family that includes twin sons, Deven and Nikhil, who are currently in college at the University of Chicago and University of Michigan, respectively
Lisa M. Trumble, MBA
President and Chief Executive Officer
Lisa. M. Trumble joined SoNE HEALTH in January 2020 as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Her career is showcased by successes in generating strong clinical and financial operating results for health care organizations. She has more than 30 years of experience at integrated delivery systems and physician organizations.
Prior to joining SoNE HEALTH, Ms. Trumble served as the Senior Vice President of Accountable Care at Cambridge Health Alliance. The scope of her responsibility included system-wide duties for accountable care and population health management, incorporating payor contracting, financial medical economics, regulatory compliance, administrative and clinical programming and all care and medical management functions at CHA. Under her leadership, the organization realized significant improvements in clinical and financial outcomes resulting in significant cost of care savings.
Ms. Trumble joined CHA from Berkshire Health Systems, where she served as Vice President of Physician Services for Berkshire Health Systems and the Executive Director of the Berkshire Health Systems Physicians Organization. She was instrumental in transforming physician operation, restructuring provider employment agreements and provider compensation plans, and enhancing patient satisfaction for the health system. Prior to Berkshire Health Systems, she served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at the Cambridge Health Alliance Physician Organization where she achieved similar outcomes.
Previously, Ms. Tumble was Administrative Director for Anesthesia and Surgery services lines at North Shore Medical Center and Chief Financial Officer of North Shore’s Physicians Organization, a subsidiary of North Shore Medical Center. During her early career she held several positions in operations and finance at Commonwealth Health Management Service and Independent Physicians Association and their sister corporation Berkshire Physicians & Surgeons, P.C.
Ms. Trumble holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Adams State College and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Healthcare Finance from Western New England University.
