David Briden, CHCIO has been the Chief Information Officer for Exeter Health Resources, Exeter NH since 1993. Exeter Health Resources consists of Exeter Hospital (100 bed Magnet-designated community hospital), Core Physicians (160 providers in 15 locations) and Rockingham VNA and Hospice, serving patients throughout Rockingham and Strafford Counties. Exeter has been honored as a Most Wired organization eight times since 2010. Previously, David spent 14 years working in Information Technology in higher education.
Mary Beth Eldredge, MHA, MHCDS

Mary Beth Eldredge is the Director of Regional Information Systems at Dartmouth-Hitchcock where she is interconnecting the organizations within Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health’s extended enterprise. Ms. Eldredge is responsible for the development and execution of Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Affiliate information systems strategy with DHH Affiliate Members throughout northern New England. She oversees health information exchange development and relationships, the DHconnect physician portal, and all aspects of information sharing between Dartmouth Hitchcock and external information trading partners. Prior to her information systems role, Mary Beth served as the Director of Referring Physician Services at DHMC, where she led her team in handling access and communication for over 5,500 referring providers.
Ralph Johnson, FHIMSS, CHCIO

Ralph Johnson currently serves as the Regional Chief Information Officer for MaineHealth. Ralph previously served as the CIO and Vice President of Quality at Franklin Community Health Network in Farmington Maine. Ralph has worked in the healthcare information technology field for 35 years, most of that time in leadership positions at Maine hospitals. Ralph has led major patient safety initiatives to improve patient safety. Franklin Memorial Hospital was named to the Most Wired Hospital List for the past 8 years, recognizing the organizations adoption of advanced information technology. Ralph is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), and recognized as a Fellow of the Health Information Management Systems Society. Ralph has been appointed by the Governor to serve on the board of the Connect ME Authority, advancing the adoption of broadband technology in rural areas of the State of Maine.
Sally Kraft, MD, MPH

Dr. Sally Kraft, MD, MPH is VP of Population Health at Dartmouth Hitchcock where she leads a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving the health of populations and communities across the region served by Dartmouth Hitchcock faculty and affiliates. She has worked with the High Value Healthcare Collaborative on disseminating evidence-based practices in health systems across the US. Dr. Kraft served as the Medical Director of Quality, Safety and Innovation at the University of Wisconsin Health system from 2007-2014 where she led system-wide initiatives to redesign ambulatory care. She received her MD and MPH degrees from the University of Michigan, completed a residency in internal medicine at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and fellowships in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine at Stanford University. She has practiced pulmonary and critical care medicine in Stanford CA and Madison WI.
Jo Porter, MPH

Jo Porter, MPH, serves as the Director for the Institute for Health Policy and Practice at the University of New Hampshire. She also co-chairs the All-Payer Claims Database Council (APCD Council), a learning network collaboration between IHPP and the National Association of Health Data Organizations. Jo serves on the Governor’s Commission for Medicaid Care Management in New Hampshire. Jo represents UNH in its participation in the Academy Health State-University Partnership Learning Network, and is a steering committee member for that group. Jo has over 15 years of health care-related policy and analysis experience in a variety of sectors. She spent several years at Health Dialog, Inc., a care management firm and was formerly in the Bureau of Health Statistics and Data Management in the NH Department of Health and Human Services. Jo has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, with a minor in Health Management and Policy, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire. She earned her Master of Public Health, with honors, with dual concentrations in Epidemiology/Biostatistics and Social and Behavioral Health from Boston University.
Cheryl L. Rowe

Cheryl L. Rowe is a native of New Hampshire, where she has worked in the HIM field for the past 33 years. Ms. Rowe has spent all of those years at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Centers Community Group Practice outpatient facilities, where she started her career as a medical record clerk and is now the Operations Manager overseeing three HIM departments and project manager for the patient portal. She is known for her out-of-the-box thinking in using technology to leverage the HIM department as a key player in assisting and providing quality patient care. Ms. Rowe received her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, Summa Cum Laude, from Rasmussen College.
